Working Together to Support Older Adults

Windham Aging is excited to announce a grant opportunity for organizations across Windham County to work together to support older adults in our region. We know when groups collaborate — sharing their ideas, resources, and energy — our community becomes stronger and more supportive for everyone.

This grant program is designed to spark creative partnerships that address the needs of older residents in the areas of health, wellness, housing, transportation, and healthcare workforce development. By combining strengths, organizations can build solutions that no single group could accomplish alone.
